The BBC Synopsis of this program:

David Dimbleby leads the team for the biggest set of elections outside a General Election. How will Labour do in Tony Blair's last test as leader? Will Labour lose power in Scotland and Wales and can the Scottish National Party form a government north of the border? Will David Cameron's Conservatives make a breakthrough and how will Menzies Campbell's Liberal Democrats and the other parties fair? And finally what will it all mean for Gordon Brown's chances of becoming Prime Minister?

With the Scottish Parliament, Welsh Assembly and 10,000 council seats in England and Scotland up for grabs, the team talks to the winners and losers, plus Jeremy Vine has his latest box of graphics tricks to explain what's happening as the results come in. Teams are covering all the key battlegrounds, with regular updates on what's happening in all the areas, including a full regional summary at 12.15pm and 1.30am. Jenny Scott and Political Editor Nick Robinson provide the analysis and tell us who is saying what away from the cameras. And you can put your points direct to the politicians via our interactive service.
